During the submitting process you can select or deselect free options. Please help us keep our costs down and ensure that the logistics run smoothly by only selecting those options you intend to make use of and deselecting those that you do not intend to use. The options are:
Social event, 15:00h – 18:30h Thursday May 09.
Conference dinner, 18:30h – 20:30h Thursday May 09.
