Call for Contributed Talks
We welcome submissions for contributed talks on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be reviewed as they arrive, and speakers will normally be notified of acceptance within a few days.
We strongly encourage early submission, as the number of available presentation slots is limited and the program may fill before the final deadline.
Submission Deadline Friday, November 27, 2026. Submissions may close earlier if all available presentation slots are filled, so we recommend submitting well in advance.
Submissions should include:
- Talk title and abstract
- Name of the presenting author
- Names of all co-authors
- For student presenters, the name of their PhD advisor
Travel Support
A limited number of travel awards of up to R$ 1,600.00 BRL (reais) are available for student presenters. Students who would like to be considered for travel support should indicate this in their submission.
