*The fee for corporate members covers up to five attendees. Additional attendees will be charged at the individual rate.
** Prices in Brazilian currency will be based on the exchange rate on the day before the first day of the period in question.
Prices in Reais for the Early Bird fees are based on the exchange rate on May 18, 2018, which can be found on the Brazilian Central Bank website.
Membership of CIRET (individual or corporate) is open to anybody and automatically entitles the member to a reduced conference fee. Please write to ciret2018@fgv.br and ask for the special link to apply for membership.
Registration and payment is an integrated process. We accept VISA and Mastercard. A standard credit card transaction fee will be added (2 % for international cards).
Please note that the deadlines for early, regular and late registration apply to registration and payment, not pre-registration. Pre-registration within the deadline is not sufficient to guarantee a place.
Options
During the registration process you can select or deselect various free options. Please help us keep our costs down and ensure that the logistics run smoothly by only selecting those options you intend to make use of and deselecting those that you do not intend to use. If your plans change, please log into the registration site and change your choices accordingly. There will be a dedicated link for this in your email receipt. The options are:
Pre-conference workshop, Tuesday September 11.
Welcome cocktail reception, Wednesday late afternoon September 13.
Conference dinner, Friday evening September 14.
Guided tour, Saturday 10:00 am September 15.
An accompanying person (e.g., spouse) is welcome at the conference dinner. The charge for this additional person is € 75. To register an accompanying person please go to the conference dinner site.
Cancelling your registration
Until August 15 you can cancel by logging in to the registration site. A specific link for this purpose ("refund order") will be included in your email receipt. The registration fee will automatically be refunded to your credit card account.
To cancel between August 15 and August 31 please contact ciret-pre-registration@fgv.br and ask for a refund. An administration fee of 30% of the registration fee will be deducted.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 31.
