II Research to Business Meeting 2021 – Projects Development for Cities of the Future in Brazil

Cities - which are constantly evolving - need efficient services and resilient and sustainable infrastructures to be able to meet the challenges of urbanization while generating value to the ecosystem of stakeholders that form the urban network. This means ensuring a better quality of life, stimulating a dynamic and competitive economy, and conserving natural capital and related ecosystem services.

The paradigm of the Smart Sustainable City is proposed as a specific proposal that provides a range of innovative solutions for sustainable urban development, based on the cooperation between the public and private sectors and civil society, in consistency with the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs of the United Nations Agenda 2030.

In this context, a high-level discussion is being offered, with the following program.
